My wife and I have just stayed at the Newcastle Hilton (not part of the Christmas party) and caught your show last night, Friday 9th December. To say I was “knocked out” would be an understatement! I have never seen your act before and having now viewed your “You Tube” clips, the prospect of seeing you with your Big Band would be “Swingin’”! We plan to be back at The Hilton 23{My birthday!}-25 March 2012 so the timing is perfect.
I’m a fan of your music style having lots of LP’s of Sinatra, Bennett etc. One I have is by Mark Murphy released in 1966 “Mark Time” which is brilliant. If you’re interested I can send you a cd copy.
Once again, many thanks for an excellent show and hope to see and meet you next March.
